Reports are coming in that we ahve apparently made bids for hazard and m'villa. I think that the hazard bid is great and it would be a great move for him and for arsenal as he is just as fast as walcott but technically alot better and scores and assists well, it would also be a chance for him to link up with his lille teammate gervinho. However i don't see much sense in the m'villa signing if it does go ahead, we already have two players ine song and frimpong who have shown that they can perform in that position, obviously we are going to be without those two for a week but when they return wenger is going to ahve a real selection problem, i'm just desperate for us to sign a centre back and possibly a front player names like mertezaker and ogbonna have been thrown about and i would be happy with both if they were to be signed.

M'Villa deal looks like it's off before it even began and Mertesaker (spl?) himself has said he wants to stay in Germany. Didn't take any of those stories seriously when I saw who wrote them.
Think the only one we will get out of those players is Hazard; if Nasri stays, it's not so bad. We'll have to wait till after the CL qualifier to see about Hazard apparently though.
