Unbelievably, the last kit was worn in only 9 matches and never had a chance to feature in a major tournement. The FA are a complete disgrace, they're treating fans like mugs - it's commercial exploitation in football at it's worst. Just when I thought things couldn't get anymore embarrasing for the FA, they do this ! What will the extra revenue generated by shirt sales be spent on ? In youth development for the future of the national team ? Yeah right, you're having a laugh aren't you ! It's yet more money to line the pockets of the FA's chief executives - it's a f**king disgrace !
best thing about that picture.............................. ......no terry no lampard no cole no rooney e.g. I love it, but agree too soon.
Looks alright to me. I've never been to an England game, so never had much cause to wear one. Most England kits are approximately the same anyway so anyone who buys a new one at full price when it comes out is only cheating themselves. I bought the 125 years anniversary kit, but I don't make a habit of buyng each new home kit.
Won't be buying it but I like it. Never understood The FA's infatuation with Blue/Navy over the years. Our flag is red and white so the kit should be too. Just my view.
I like it, the red is a nice change from blue and apart from that change there's nothing really to dislike is there!? It's just a white shirt!
I don't see what the problem is. They're there to make money, just like any business. Fair play to them. If the demand wasn't there though, then there wouldn't be the supply. If the public stopped buying the new kits in their droves every time, then the FA (and football clubs in general to be honest) would quickly stop bringing new ones out on such a regular basis. I've never understood people going out and buying new kit after new kit after new kit. But whilst those people continue to do so, this will continue to happen.
I love it! I think I might go down after work tomorrow to buy it. Red looks so much better than blue.
The goalkeeper jersey looks decent and the training top. Like Brendy says, no one has a gun to your head to buy it. Some people buy every kit and if they do it then they can do what they like with their money. I usually buy a saints shirt every year, but I play a lot of sport and get good use out of it
