Scrub all my hopes and perspirations in the other thread. The new Director, according to Companies House, is David Daly.

I was also wrong about Mike Rigg - he was never on the Board. You'll see from that listing that 4 of them will now run the show (the other 2 have admin type roles). The rulers are, Shad Khan (Boss), Ali Mac (CEO and Local Overseer), Mark Lamping (Khan's American Troubleshooter) and now Daly ( ... appointment from 15th August 2016, role to be detemined *).

Daly was one of the 5-man committee appointed to find Magath's successor. His pen picture at the time was:

"Daly is Senior Director of Club and Federation business at Nike. He is a lifelong Fulham fan who, as a child, regularly attended matches in the Hammersmith Stand and continues to be a season ticket holder from his office in Amsterdam. Daly’s keen understanding of the Fulham culture and professional experience in the world of football will offer a distinctive point of view in the managerial search."

    * Guessing that he's bringing the 'fan's view' to the table but with a business hat on.
