    A good old fashioned winger, direct, hugs the touchline, can cut in and is attack minded.

    Left footed but plays on the right (like robben).

    If Chadli is worth 8million then Townsend must be worth 90 million :D

    Yeah he definitely has similar attributes and qualities to Robben, if he can become even a quarter of the player Robben is he'll be a star.

    Nah, Townsend actually uses his right foot :D

    Yeah, I get the similarity with him but I think Bale was more similar to Robben with all the little touches with his left foot he takes when he's moving with the ball. I think Andros is more like Ribery, he likes to cut inside but he gets outwide a lot and is two footed, taking the ball on the outside a fair bit. Just needs to up his end product to Ribery's level now <whistle>

    Imagine if we still had Bale on the left - CE or Holtby (or VDV :emoticon-0115-inlov ) with Townsend on the right, Soldado up front.....

    That post shows how far Andros has come in such a short time. This time last year he was a bit part player for us in cups and now he is part of our dream team.
