I run this competition the other board which I do the prediction league's for and I thought it would be good to run it on here as well. It's called "Guess the Attendance" and the name kind of explains what the competition is about! Here are the rules: 1) The latest you can submit your predictions is kick - off. 2) For this competition you must predict, the total attendance and the away attendance for home games. You must then predict the away attendance for the away games. 3) Scoring – The number of points available will depend on the number of people playing each week. If you have 6 players predict in one week, the person furthest away gets 0 points, the closest gets 25 so it goes up in intervals of 5. When the game is at home, there will be a separate scoring system for each of the two numbers you need to predict. So someone could get 60 points in the total attendance but 15 in the away attendance so would earn a total 75 points in that match. 4) Bonus points of 5 points will be awarded for being within 25 of the actual attendance. 5) The winner is the person with the most points at the end of the season. 6) This competition will run for all first team games. 7) People may not predict the exact same number 8) If a game is postponed, your prediction will not count for the replay, and you will have to re-submit your prediction for the replayed match. 9) You do not have to join in the first match of predictions, you can join at any point throughout the season. 10) Once you have put your prediction on, please DO NOT change it as it could affect someone else’s prediction.
