new approach to injury prone players??

    If you read the above link it seems that rodgers decided not to play kelly or Johnson to "give them more conditioning". thinking about this the conclusion i come to is both men have a long list of injuries on their records so one can only hope that what rodgers is doing is making sure his players are in the best shape before sending them out.

    So.... will this mean kelly, johnson, gerrard and agger have less injuries for us?

    Who knows? It could mean that, or it could mean he is looking for less injury prone players to fill the spots... Or anything else. I just hope it means he knows how good they are and doesn't want to put unneeded strain on their bodies before the start of the season. <ok>

    i guess seeing kelly never kicked a ball in the euros and neither did borini that either kelly is fat or he's being protected and brought on with care.

    I thorw out a bone to the eternal optimists and they don't bite? hmmmmm.. can't be calling me negative again guys seeing any offer of something perhaps positive is met with indifference.

    Makes sense to not rush the more injury prone players at this stage. Would like to see Kelly conditioned more towards CB and a back-up to Johnson if desperately needed.
