Saw Gervais and couldn't agree more. What a boring prick he's become.

" I'm minted and I live in Hampstead. I hosted the Golden Globes (hope they didn't make you fill in), and I'm old but rich and have a house in NYC? Did I tell you the one about Caitlyn Jenner. Oh and I forgot to tell you I have loads of money and live in Hampstead"
What an absolute ****er, 0% funny.

    Did I mention he's a boring ****er? <laugh>

I saw this show at Ipswich Regent and found it pretty disappointing.

I quite liked Ricky Gervais Humanity and I agree with what he said at the end, need to stop being so offended all the time and learn how to laugh.

I'm afraid I don't find him at all funny but I appreciate that others do. Such is life.

I've been a fan since he did the Office to be fair. But it's a subjective thing, I absolutely hate Mrs Brown Boys and Keith Lemon, but others find them funny for some reason.

I watched Chris Rock's show last night, a few good points but mostly just ranting I thought. Also watched Gad Elmaleh's show - he's a French-Moroccan chap doing standup in the US, I thought it was great.

I'm no Gervais fan either, never could get into "the office" maybe because I haven't really worked in that sort of environment. I did find him funny on "an idiot abroad" Pilkington is obviously the star but the general prodding and mickey taking from RG and Merchant adds to the show. He does however come across as a bellend in general.
Mrs Browns boys is one of the worst things to ever air, but I quite like some of the Keith Lemon/Leigh Francis stuff. OK some is cringworthy and its definitely over the top, but Celebrity Juice has some of the most LOL moments of any TV show in recent times.
I can see however why he like Gervais is Marmite to many. James Cordon, I don't mind. He was Ok in Gavin and Stacy and as host of a league of their own. he seems to get a lot of hate, yet I'm not really sure why? His success does seem out of all proportion to his limited talent, but he seems fairly inoffensive to me.

    Bah!
