With all the turmoil surrounding our squad at the moment with the constant stream of ins and outs I just feel nervous about tomorrow facing a strong Hull side. Its more than likely that we will end up with a rookie CB partnership that didn't cover it's self with glory against League 2 opposition the other night. Andrews will probably start but will he be fit enough? How much football has he played in the last few months? I will be amazed if we get more than a draw and I'm thinking that we could get turned over especially if Hull score the first goal. If we get a result tomorrow then I guess anything is possible this season!
I share your nerves but it is only the second game of the season and it's not like Ainsley and Smith will be our regular CB pairing for the rest of the season.
I think you will be OK JWM, really I do. The least you will get is a point I reckon. While Hull are still a decent team in this division I think Town have enough about them this season to do well at home much more often than last time
I am going for a 2-1 win for City but equally it could easily be a spanking for us if the Latics are on their game
and good of you to say that too JWM, I hope you are right (as I do not have money on it - Gambling is illegal here)
I think we'll be alright tomorrow. Hull are usually tough to beat, but if we can get the first goal I think we can push on for more. Hopefully Andrews can put in a good shift, even if he's not as fit as we'd like. The important thing is that we have Chopra who can always score, and Bowyer who adds the steel in midfield. If Stockdale is on form as well, maybe the weak CB pairing can just about get away with it. Going to go for 2-1 Ipswich.
Early days. Both clubs in with a chance of a top 6 finish. Think it will be 1 - 1 . Though of course anything could happen. Norwich fan, enjoy the season, your team may manage 4th from bottom. .
Were a tough side away from home . New season now . you guys have a 100% loss rate so far , which i can see continuing tomorrow . 2 nil town . coyb
