Assuming everyone's fit (except Ralls) how would you set up for The Blades up there - the system as well as players?

Can't see Neil changing from 4 at the back, but does he stick with Manga or bring in Peltier for his solid RB performances away from home? Personally I'd stick with Manga for the options he gives going forward. To have someone with Peltier's closing down ability to bring on off the bench is a strong place to be.

Again sticking with the three in the middle of the park, it's wide open to options. Paterson must start, but is it then a Grujic/Gunnar holding combo or go for a more energetic Bryson/Damour type pressing game? Maybe a combo of both?

Up front it seems sorted - Zohore with Hoilett and Mendez either side of him to give us an attacking 4-3-3 flavour. I doubt that'll change, but Madine and Ken could swap starting places to give Ken a breather ready for Wolves on Friday. Once again I'd start Ken now he's back on song and do the same as against Burton - put Madine on with 20 to go.

One thing's for sure, Wilder wont let his side stop pressing till the death and that's the time for fresh legs - Peltier and Madine look the perfect fit to bring on at either end of the pitch, with any of the midfielders who miss out slotting in as the 3rd change.

    Lovely options to have.

I'd stick with the same team that started against Burton.

When you are winning you don't get tired, you want to be in every team.

There should be no heavy training now, rest between games should be the norm.

I'll go with that. Seems a sensible approach but have a feeling he'll start Gunnar.

If possible I'd always start with either gunnar or ralls. So with ralls out gunnar it is. Paterson is a shoe in so one spot up for grabs. I'd go with grujic.
I keep saying it but the bench is key. A hell of a strong bench last week especially when you see is left out of the squad.
Options to close a game put or push on for the victory depending how the game goes.

Totally agree. I thought Bryson had an absolute mare in the first half. Apart from a couple of misplaced passes from Grujic virtually everything that went wrong for us came through Bryson. And that miss? <doh>

Gunnar must start. My only change.

The team against Burton did the job and with the exception of Bryson, it would be my choice. Gunnar in for Bryson.
We have to play Grujić, right? To be honest, I wasn't overly impressed with him at the weekend, but you guys know him better than me.
I'm not sure Big Ken has his confidence back yet, that is based on his decision tp pass instead of shooting early in the 2nd half. A bit harsh of me perhaps.

    Gunnar in for Bryson.
Manga worried me at right back, so I would be tempted to replace him with Peltier

I’d be surprised if he dropped Manga even though I get your point.

Not sure if Gunnar is fit enough to start, last 20-30 mins when the Blades are tiring for me.

I'd go the other way DJ. His calmness and leadership for 60 mins then fresh legs.

The trouble with starting a player who can't give you 90 minutes is that you know that at some point you've got to substitute him. Tomlin was the same and he rarely started for that reason.

Starting with someone who could see the game out if necessary gives you more options off the bench rather than committing yourself to a change before you kick off.

Having said that, Gunnar will battle till the end but he's no good to the team if he's out on his feet after an hour.

Be sure or be safe should be the way for Warnock, though I suspect he likes Gunnar so much his heart could rule his head.
