Swansea City's long-term injury victim Neil Taylor says he hopes to sign a contract extension soon. The 23-year-old left-back, who is out for the season with a broken ankle, has almost three years left to run on his current deal. Swansea have also started contract negotiations with Ashley Williams, Michel Vorm and David Cornell. See http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19572051. Very good news.
Contract extension for any of the starters that can be signed on longer . Keeping who we have is much more important than new signings IMO .
Too right. Sod the stadium expansion. Lets give Dyer and Leon £5 million each so they never leave. The heartbeat of our team I think. I think Rangel is great for us too. No idea about his contract mind.
Or we could offer them all a lifetime supply of custard slices from 'Eynons' in the Uplands. Used to love them as a kid. Where do I sign?
Its a shame he is out for the rest of the season.....well we will just have to get on with it i suppose starting at aston villa...probable line up due to injuries will be as follows..... Swansea City: Vorm; Rangel, Williams(Capt), Tate, Davies; Britton, de Guzman, Michu; Dyer, Graham, Routledge. Subs(from): Tremmel (gk), Richards, Tiendalli, Ki, Agustien, Gower, Hernandez, Moore, Shechter.
I'm going to guess that right about now , Taylor knows he signed for the right team . Your players are only as good as you treat them & you don't seem to see a lot of players with a bone to pick with the team .
