I would absolutely love this guy as our next manager, why? The Hooper link for one and the way he took on the best of Europe with very limited resources. The mere thought of him coming here puts peoples backs up, i genuinely hope the sectarian crap isn`t part of the problem?
I´m not sure he´s the best option, but I´d certainly prefer him to Malky, who by all accounts seems to be the hot favourite.
Lennon strikes me as being a very primitive thinker. Hughtons big downfall was being unable to develop the team, Lennon comes across as a outdated neanderthal chest thumper. I want a long term thinker with a genuine interest in taking the team forward, not just injecting a bit of passion.
Woah, we've just appointed a new man and you're already discussing his successor Are you saying that IF Neeyul keeps us up we should say; "thanks and goodbye" ?
Realism KIO realism ,if Neil doesn`t pull a **** off rabbit out the hat we will replace him if he does then he will probably be next England head coach
Cryptic Dave, at least our boards are buzzing and Maltese Mick can pay the bills from hits to our site.....
I see we've been linked with Marcelo Bielsa. He was one of the names I suggested back in December. If Adams scrapes us over the line, I think Bielsa would be a fantastic appointment, if risky being a foreigner.
Yes, we absolutely should say "thanks" and perhaps instead of goodbye we can say "have another coaching role Neil". Whatever happens in the next 5 weeks, his reputation will remain intact. Let's keep it that way. He has no experience. It's not his team. The next 5 games are going to be a completely weird set of circumstances that we should not draw too many conclusions from. When I hear people on Radio Norfolk already saying this morning that Neil Adams should be given the job to bring us back up even if we go down I completely bloody despair. At least Bill Murray learnt from each Groundhog Day.
Born in Lurgan town, His da' jumped up and down, He said 'M'Boy one day you'll manage Norwich!' But unlike me and you, His dream it did come true, Neil Lennon's day has come to manage Norwich.
Please no interpreters on MOTD that is sooo lazy, if you want 50k a week learn English please, ooooh Fabio for manager <ex England boss he`s got a lovely aura > please log in to view this image BAD GLASSES Carrubah?
I wouldn't be surprised if McNally has little or no intention of retaining him as manager, his hand was forced and I don't expect Adams to still be manager come the Summer.
I imagine the board have a list of candidates for next season. Some would only be available if we stay up though. Im sure NA is just a interim replacement. Lennon and Bielsa would only come if we stayed up. If not the likes of Mackay and Sherwood are more likely.
