    Anyone know anything?

Because Nige has seen more of Drinkwater and James in training and (if saturday was anything to go by) then he was right to do so.

I wish they'd stop moaning and knuckle down in training. Just because they were good last season doesn't mean they're guaranteed spots here. If they can't hack it then they can go as far as i'm concerned.

I don't want people swanning about sulking without trying hard in training.

Even if James has done well since joining us can't help but think asking him to play 3 games in a week was an oversight by NP.

After listening to radio Leicester it sounds like alot of fans want him in at the next game, well him or King.

Personally i think Danns has more to offer over 90 minutes.

My opinion of him has gone down though, as its totally wrong to use twitter this way, same goes for Nuges tounge in cheek comment last week, they will no doubt get their chance (even as soon as next game) but they need to keep their heads down and wait for it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Nigel bans the players from using twitter at this rate.

He shouldn't have answered the question in the first place. Twitter and footballers really is a deadly cocktail, some of them have no common sense.

I must admit I would´nt go near it as a player because the manager may think that your taking things out of house. Plus I think Twitter is more trouble that it´s worth.

How very true - Don't forget Rio has just been fined a gazillion pounds for agreeing with something someone else posted <yikes>

I prefer King - not just because he scored in our last two games but because with him on the pitch we look and play much better.

Even though King is only 23 he is one of the more experienced members of the squad and now that he has lost the excess weight, he moves better and runs the game more allowing other players to do their things - it isn't a coincidence that we played much better in the second halves of the last two games when King was introduced.

Footballers cant say much on Twitter without it being taken out of context, what he should have said was "Don't know why the gaffer isn't picking me, will impress him at training ;) #headdownworkevenharder"

What he should have said is exactly what he would have said in a media interview. Something like: "There's a lot of competition at the club, but my focus is on staying fit and ready. When I get my chance, I'll give it my best and hopefully convince the boss to pick me again."

Why do they see Twitter as any different? It always ends up in the public domain. Do they think the boss won't hear? Or do they not care they are being disruptive?

I notice it's Sven signings that playing up. Perhaps they believe they are not being picked because Nige prefers his own people.

Have to agree with you there BigFox- Don't think it's been a coincidence that our best attacking performances have been when King have been on the pitch, and logistically you just can't argue with 2 goals in 2 games is worth a start. The only problem with King is I feel we'd need an extra man in midfield to make up for his tendency to go missing, which would mean sacrificing one of our 2 strikers. Unfortunately, whilst I rate all the strikers we have at our club, even Nugent, our best, cannot operate as a loan forward. There just doesn't seem to be a system which particularly fits our current personnel, which is a shame.
Btw. I would start Danns in the next game, James sounds like he's starting to run out of steam, which isn't surprising when you consider his age. I'd go for a midfield of Danns, Drinkwater and King, with King supporting probably Nugent and Danns and Drinkwater screening.

With Knockaert and Marshall supporting I dont think Nugent would struggle on his own
