Maybe now everyone is coming off their jollies we might see some more movement and negotiations. The ball looks to be in Danss' court on this one, hopefully we'll see him come here but we can't be accused of a lack of trying if he doesn't. Leicester are our biggest threat with the money they have, anybody any inkling as to who these unnamed clubs are? Nice to see the mail always proof reading as well for balatant errors in the headline/report <doh>

Don't think he'll come now actually, having seen the other teams who are interested, such as Leicester and Southampton. :(

ive doubted he'll sign for a while now.. its just taken too long and too many other clubs are interested. i read an interview with the palace chairman saying that some low end prem clubs have enquired and he'd fancy a move there...

    Sounds like Campbell. :(

NB: Apart from the fact that Danns' father hasn't insisted he'll certainly join, and that he and his son are thrilled to be coming to the KC. <whistle>

I think if Nigel WANTS him then the Allams would finance a decent offer for him but for sure Leicester have the clout. Why Southampton? nah they're newly up and haven't been a 'big' club for ages.

Depends if Man U want him in the future then. If they do we've got no chance because so far every player who's come here from them under NP has decided they want to stay. ;)

Southampton were far too good for League 1. I've got some family down there, and the feeling is that the fans will be expecting to be challenging for the top 6 this season.

Danns would obviously be a fantastic recruit. Leicester is an attractive proposition, but surely he has to ask himself if he will be played regularly under Sven. Leeds and a couple of others will also fancy their chances of getting him.

Southampton were 4th favourites for the title with Skybet last week. Anyone who doubts their ability to attract talent is silly.
