Negative attitude

Today there has obviously been alot of negative attitude, and times like this Im glad there isn't a swear jar system...

However we have all known Enrique wasnt going to stay for a while so I cant see why so many people are angered by his imminent exit...

There are two things that tonight I feel deep down is the real cause of this anger...

Firstly Id liked to say Im mythed at why 6mil, Im sure we were looking for 12m, to sell arguably your best player for 6m in this climate is scandless in my eyes...

Secondly I think Ashley has gained nearly 50mil in transfers this year and yet spent around 5mil. I think most people would accept that all he needs to do is spend 15mil on striker and maybe a cheap defender as back up and it would by no means guarantee safety, but would vastly increase our chances of climbing up the table, and earning him more money...

He could even keep 35m for himself this is a discrace but, I think as of the situation now, fans would maybe feel less angered!!

I just feel we are so close to improving, especially considering teams around us have hardly bolstered their ranks and yet Ashley is taking a stupid big gamble on his investment, by not putting money into what now is a depleted and unproven squad!!!

Anyone found a four-leaf clover or have any spare horse shoes?

 

According to Cwarr07 we will shortly buy two forwards for a total of 20m.... Although my medication does need upping..
