As you know i do a match thread for nearly every game. Lately they haven't been getting the amount of comments i would like as it may not look it but it does take about 40-60 minutes to put it up. So just wondering if you think i should add anything to it to make it better, or scrap it all together At the moment i put the following in the thread: Pre match Information on both sides Information about the opposite teams Stats about the opposite team There possible line up Our latest stats Our possible starting line up Last time we met Key player match ups So please i want to make the thread as good as possible so more people can contribute to it. If there is anything you would like to see added just say and i will put it into the thread There is the annoying fact that i can't add the opposite team to it so its on there board as well. so any ideas will be much appreciated. To be honest shiny you do a excellent job,the problem being every body is so peeved of,after the first couple of games.seems like we are three quarters way through the season.the crowd is so on edge it must be transmitting down to the players and management. Last night Del lost a lot of the fans,can he get them back time will tell.
I don't think he lost a LOT of fans RR, some undoubtedly but we always seem to have a bounce just when we think things are looking gloomy... As for the match thread shiny, you keep up the excellent work my friend. As RR says, the apprent lack of interest is not that really, its just that when we don't go, we are watching Gilette soccer Saturday through our fingers at the moment...
Prem, I had four city fans (customers) into my business today including a ex player,I won't tell you what he thought Not one had a good word to say about Del and his tactics/formation.
shiny your lay-outs are very comprehensive,team info is informative,general content is very interesting and your use of colour photographyand wording is first class,I've spouted it all out to convince you what you are doing, it is first class, don't worry mate.... A fan.....

Shiny I enjoy it and think you are doing a great job. Its so ****in bi-polar on here at the moment though its even difficult to read this forum at all..
yeah i agree you do a fab job.. maybe just a thought you add some classic matches which have been played in the past? Like Hull for example, remember that fantastic game where we beat them 2-1 at home with mccombe scoring that overhead kick..I can't think of any other games..
You're doing a great job Shiny... Your match thread is a bit like a club programme really- setting the scene and in a way it isn't set up for comments, like other threads. But if you do want to comment on the game either before, during or after, your match thread is the best medium for doing so.....
Don't confuse me in that please mate, I was pissed of on Tuesday night and could not defend Del but I still believe that he is the best manager to come. I did not agree with the subsitutution or selection but we all learn by our mistakes. I can still see a bright future for him here. Just wait till this season is over more players out of contract because no ****er will pay for some of them and replacements who will put an effort in. Chin up mate would be boring if we won all the time, no one would be able to moan
