Awesome! He even gave Fellaini something to think about. Well done son, you're coming on a treat.

I think most of us thought we wouldn't see him at his best until next season. He is improving each game now. Finally getting the pace of the game.

    Good signing by Marty.

Graham, Fletcher, NDiaye, Rose, Johnson and Cuellar are quality footballers left for PDC to work with. It's a far better team than Mon was left with.

I concede that Martin had sadly run his course but he did more in 15 months than Bruce had done in 2.5 years to bring quality players that don't want to **** off after 5 mins.

I think we just need to bring in 3 or 4 quality additions this summer and let 2 or 3 go to move onwards.

Liked the lad from the off. Even when some were saying otherwise. Just looked like something we needed and I could just see it. Takes a few games to get going, get to know the league, team mates, style of play.

I was very doubtful personally but happy to be proved wrong.

He is a beast of a man and should, as he did yesterday, use that size to his advantage. Thought he bossed Fellaini for most of the game and for the first time in 2 or 3 seasons, we snuffed him out of the game.

I thought he was amazing yesterday. Fellaini didn't dare go near him. Another who IMO deserves a shout out, is McClean. His best showing for a long time.

Agreed McClean put in a good performance.

Johnson also went past his man a few times!

And one last mention, Sess' skill to Osman in the first half was class

Worth the entrance fee for that 'Taxi for Baines' moment from AJ.

Sounds like a great day all round. Even Colback was highly praised on MOD.

I gave the lad my motm mate as he is a central midfielder, who has played both there and as a left back cover and was then chucked in to play right back and didn't bat an eyelid all day. He never complains or moans and is Mr reliable.

Top class professional imo and I really like the lad personally.
