one of our better signings ever. he as adapted and developed at evey level he has played at with us. This continues in the Prem and when at his peak he is one of the best offensive right backs in the league.
When players of other clubs sign new contracts the majority say 'they love it here' or they 'are happy here' and that they want to spend the 'rest of their careers here' etc. But reading Rangel's comments you can see that he is very genuine in his admiration fir the club and city etc so this is great news that the club is tying down the backbone of the club to new deals as their experience will be invaluable over the coming years and will help new players and youngsters coming through our ranks. I have one question though, anybody know if he's eligible to play for Wales? Could then end up having a back for of Rangel, Ash, Ben and Neil
