So we should get to know the future of Robbie Brady this week and the possibility of bringing in Josh King? Josh King has now returned to Manchester United. AP did mention that we are interested in a lot of players down at Manchester academy.
Anybody know how good King is? I know Brady could be a match winner - but has he been yet? Also he could be a match loser if his temperament means we are down to 10 men every week. Not trying to be negative - just realistic
Not sure about King but he would fit the criteria of a young, hungry footballer with a decent footballing education. As for Brady, he is very frustrating but i would rather have him in on loan than not, for the money he will be costing us (next to nothing).

We'll probably extend Brady if we can't spend money due to Bullard's compensation.. like him or not. Olofinjana will be like a new signing. We will need to loan a keeper and striker too.
olifinjana is awful whats he ever done in a city shirt really, the sayings true absence makes the heart grow fonder. strolls around the pitch like mr soft, needs a bonfire under him to spark him into life and thats being kind lol
Reading at home. But agree generally, he's not improving and he's not giving us anything. I'd bin him.
Cardiff? He pit in a class ball across their box inbetween their keeper and their defenders, which Barmby got on the end of. Probably the last decent ball he's put in to be honest.
Brady fannys about with the ball too much, even if there's no one near him he acts like he's trying to beat a man with little shimmys and fancy dancing around the ball. He flatters to deceive most of the time but if Barmby can drill it into him that all he needs to is run and whip balls in then he'll be an asset, at the minute he seems to be wanting to do everything by himself and he messes it up, probably from trying to hard.
Brady has contributed next to nothing to our season given the role he's in and the ability he's got. I'm pretty sure his contract situation at Old Trafford is the problem though, especially with his temperament in that reserve game. If you're trying to earn a new deal at Old Trafford the last thing you need is to be stuck in a Championship side's reserve game a couple of weeks before the decision is taken and to be getting kicked about when you're trying to impress. Didn't do himself any favours obviously, but it's pretty clear he'd be more fired up for it than he should be and more likely to retaliate. I'm pretty sure I've seen or heard AP or NB talking about how he (Brady) was going to speak to people at Man U this week to talk about his new contract and then we'd deal with extending his stay. I suppose it could be a case of loan vs permanent, but the way it came across was as though they felt the contract was more of a factor with Brady than it was with our thinking about him.
I hope NB is asking SAF about how to prepare A ****ING PLAN ****ING B!!!!! And then about a ****ING PLAYEEER WHO CAN STICK THE ROUNDY THING IN THE NETTY THING! I thank you
If Brady didn't try and show off as much and pull his weight a bit more when playing he could still be in the first team or making a stronger claim for a place. Got off to a flyer this season but has faded from Mid-October onwards.
We'd face stiffer competiton though. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ester-City-eye-Paul-Pogba-Ravel-Morrison.html
