As I said before I think this has to do with the rivalry that goes with the two club's involved.... The OP mentioned the Bridge/Terry inccident, but that was between two player's that had originally been part of the same team when the alleged affair happened behind WB back. This scenario with Suarez and Evra obviously has a different view altogether and the rivalry between the two club's doesn't help the cause, even more. I don't think SAF as a right how to tell another club to ban a player on their behaviour, it should be left to that club and that club only to deal with it.
