I don't make the rules The main criteria seems to be, 'doing exactly the same thing for a long time', like Schofield, Lineker, Ant & Dec, etc. Whenever I ask people what actual talent they have the response is almost always 'They're just good at what they do' ... ... which is actually very little imo.
