I dont really thinkyou can outrightly say a nation! People fae Fife and Aberdeen lack a sense of humour whre as Glaswegians are just some of the funniest fecks around. England Scousers very funny people but people from Cornwall and Devon and just the general south coast lack a sense of humour, so from this point of view you would really have to ask the Question Which of the worlds Towns Cities is the funniest 1. Glasgow 2. Liverpool 3. Hamburg 4. Mexico City
Really, not going to disagree with 1, but 2-they think they are but aren't really,3 + 4- what are you basing this on (again not that I;m disagreeing).
Been to Hamburg and Mexico City and just based on locals in the way they interact with you and the lack of serious discussion which I like this what I base it on. Me myself has a very black dry quick witted sense of humour, this isnt to every ones taste, but is what I find funny about people an dthese 4 cities I have listed do it better than any others I have visited so far. The list may change as I travel a bit more but for me these are my top four.
Aussies are ****in hilarious. Especially if you like racist humour that was popular over here in the 50's or so.
