Does show a lack of ambition ! I read on another forum that if Spurs offered him £ 50,000 a week, his family wouldn't be quite so homesick. We needed him to do an 'Eaves' - perform well for us, and then look for something better ( nobody can blame Tom ? ) If Thomas is happy to plod along within narrow parameters, it may suggest that his commitment might not be 100% - oh well , best to find out before it's too late.
