I see the latest England squad has been announced. I can't get my head around that our Nath has been omitted yet again. He has had an outsatnding start to the season, along with what he did last season. Yet Hodgson has gone for a player who played half a season at most in 2011 - 12 and most of his games comming off the bench. He has failed to start a game this year.

So i ask, why doesnt any International managers seem to pick on form?

I would suggest at this time Dyer is miles in front of Johnson. So why doesn't he get picked. I can only suggest this small club syndrome. It's disgracefull he should be given recognition for how well he has performed.

Think you answered it in the last sentence. We are only seen as a little club, and they doubt our players can step up to the big stage. Completely wrong, but what can we do.

Agree Trundles. Have to feel sorry for Nath but good for the Swans who would be worrying about him picking up an injury whilst away on international duties.

Agreed - does anyone seriously think he'd have been omitted if he'd played for a team like say, Everton? (ie, not even one of the really massive clubs). Pathetic. The guy is playing really well and my worry is that he must now think he has to move at some stage if he's got England aspirations.

In short, a massive error of judgement on Hodgson's part.

I think the club should be calling up the FA and touting its players.

not roy hodgsons type of player.

4-4-2 with hard working wide midfielders, no tippy tappy rubbish.

Swamp, that is complete rubish. There is not a player in the PL that can go by a fulback like Dyer does. People also overlook how hard he works defensively also. He has to be at the moment one of the best wingers in the PL.

Crikey,I didn't realise just how desperate cardiff are.

This Noone guy was the lead singer with Hermans Hermits back in the 60's.

    Who's next ? Billy J.Kramer. :emoticon-0100-smile ...

Don't let your hearts overrule your Brains here guys, Dyer is a decent player but is so predictable I think he will get found out more often than not. As for AJ pound for pound by far the best English winger in the Premiership (my opinion)

valley get that chip off your shoulder son.

roy hodgson likes players like milner, parker, carroll, me personally i'd have dyer in the mix but dyer would be like a fish up a tree in that squad, they play a completely different style of play. horses for courses springs to mind.

in football you play to your strengths, englands style with their current squad wouldnt play to dyers strengths in my opinion.

rogers wants carroll out because he doesnt fit in to his style of play, thats football.
