Arsenal's chances of beating Barcelona have been boosted as Samir Nasri is in line to make a shock comeback at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.

Nasri has been out with a hamstring injury since last month's FA Cup win over Huddersfield and was expected to be sidelined for at least another week.

The Frenchman has been the Gunners' star man this season with 14 goals in all competitions and although manager Arsene Wenger would be loathe to take any undue risks, he knows from their meeting in last season's quarter-finals of the same competition with the Spanish champions that a positive result in the home leg is imperative.

YAY lets hope he can contribute and get us a win at home

I don't wan't to take risks on him. That home leg last year got 2 of our players injured for the rest of the season and Arshavin only returned when we were out of the title race.

You copied this from the Guardian haven't you ?

I would think you wouldnt want to take a risk on him to be fair but can understand why.

If he gets a knock he could be out for longer, got to remember that.
