what is your new name going to be lads.........bloody hell get a grip and get your club back. you are suppose to be proud bluebirds so bloody show it sometimes and not let this idiot walk all over you..Once he changes your name and change the seating from blue to red that will be it...cardiff city the bluebirds gone for good....show some bottle and say enough is enough before its to late..

Valley, he has been consistent on his response to a name change. Will it happen? Who knows, it happened in rugby league and has already happened in football. MK Dons being a prime example, although I do not see them as the original Wimbledon.
You were called Swansea Town at one time were you not? We have already had this discussion umpteen times and I personally it makes no odds to me, I have supported Cardiff since the mid-late sixties and the team and club now is a world away from the team and club now, as is Swansea. In my heart they will always be the bluebirds and if VT wants to change the name it is his decision, will it further alienate the fans, I think yes but he's building for the future and that may not include dinosaurs like myself. Yes I will support the club but not a wholesale name change but it is still my club in my home city and always will be.

With regard to the debt, does it really upset you that much we may be debt free soon? In answer to your question, no idea but in reality no club is ever debt free.

It just gets a bit repetitive. Some old debt, name change, blue/red, bluebird, red dragons could go on and on. Can't wait for the season to start and the football talk can start again!!
 
We've had to put up with this **** all summer... I don't care now, it's time to get the football under way. If he buys out the full club, then we have to wait and see what happens from there
 
stop burying your heads in the sand ...you know as well as everyone else the main objective of tans. your a bunch of cowards and should join the real bluebirds in showing some bottle, can you not see the club you are supporting is not the club thousands before you grew up with but some crazy malaysians idea of toys for boys club.....How can you support that is beyond any football supporters comprehension. The name change will be the final nail in the coffin if he is allowed to do that....and its all on lies and promises. now we find out by his own words that the club is not debt free like you all thought last week...this guy is a joke and no matter what he calls it it wont represent anything to do with cardiff, that has been left to demise bit by bit into obscurity and you are being taken for mugs...the bluebirds should be in the premiership but sadly that will never happen now.....Im sure if that happened to us then tan and his malaysian cronies would not last long and would be well gone by now ...what is the matter with you....
 
Difference between going from Swansea Town -> Swansea City, is that it reflected Swansea actually becoming a City. But if that was the best response you got blimey, I feel for you.

So what'll it be, some nice idea's on our forums, feel free to come join us, your more than welcome, as we knew any sort of post on here gets ya warned, or banned, as you don't like some banter, your on the road to becoming a right miserable bunch. Ok not all of you, some of you are still fun :)
