A Belgian woman who committed suicide by jumping from her twelfth-floor apartment killed a pedestrian in the street below, police said Wednesday. The woman, 67, leapt from her balcony in Brussels and hit a 72-year-old man as he was entering the apartment building on Monday. The woman was reported to have suffered depression since the death of her husband three years ago.
