Can't watch it but reading the updates on the BBC it sounds like an absolute cracker. Currently one set apiece, with Berdyth taking the first 7-6 (7-5) and Nadal taking the second 7-8 (8-6). Not long started the third set and they've been on court just under three hours.
Nadal takes the third set 6-4. The winner of this tie takes on Federer in the next round. He must be rubbing his hands with glee. Three and a half hours and still at least one set to go.
I missed the first 2 sets so probably missed Berdych playing at his best but in the 3rd and 4th sets it never really looked in doubt that Nadal would go on and win the match. He was pulling out all sorts of amazing shots and Berdych just had no answer to them Nadal Vs Federer should be a brilliant match, I can see a 5 set match in that one
Yeah, a five setter in hot conditions would be good from a Murray point of view. Mind you, can Murray overcome Djokovic? He's been in excellent form so far. Suspect Murray is going to have to be at his very best and Djokovic not.
