for the last 2 weeks i've done this:-

3 sets of 10 reps of incline bi-cep curls on the bench with 10kg
3 sets of 10 reps of bi-cep curls with elbow resting on my knee 10kg
3 sets of 10 bi-cep curls 10kg

followed by

3 sets of 10 reps of 50kg on the bench press

I look and feel a million dollars.

i've been taking protein as much as i can, look toned and slender. would advise it to anyone.

youre obviously a wum and or a ******

3 sets of 3 exercises all working the same muscle and with only a 10 kg dumbbell

you are a ****ing dumbbell

3 x really heavy reps is much better than 10 x light reps. 10kg is not enough even to start. You should be struggling to complete your 5th rep - certainly if you feel as if you could go again after 10 reps then it's far too light. I'd say 16-18kg is a better starting weight, if you can do 3-5 reps then that's a good start, once you begin to find it easy to go above 5 reps then you up the weight until it's uncomfortable again - repeat over a year until you get up to about 30kgs.

I know because I'm gorgeous.
