I watched the Germans defeat Brazil tonight and it was without doubt the most amazing result since we got defeated by Hungary in the 50's Why did it happen well thats not always easy to explain except in this game why did the Brazilians get beat so easily? Well in my humble opinion as I tried to explain to my wife as we watched the game it was the difference between one team with discipline and co-ordination Brazil didn't have this in fact they had no game plan and their captain was useless in that he played with gung ho instead of his brain No wonder his manager has got rid of him Lets not take it away from the Germans but let us put it into context Brazil were totally overrated were the worst Brazilian side ever As for our performance enough said until we limit foriniers we will never be a force againl
I said as the tournament started I didn't want Brazil to win the World Cup, think they are actually quite a poor team at the minute and would've been the worst team I can remember to win a world cup (although my memory doesn't go back that far). Although the germans did do bloody well, lets just hope they lose to Holland in the final now (although I don't want all this stupid **** about Van Gaal being the greatest manager ever to continue any longer).
I know you won't believe me but I prayed Robson would do the same thing against the Italians and bring Dave Beasant on I would!
Biggest mistake the Brazilians made was to forget to pay off this referee. Some of the decisions that have gone their way in this tournament have been absolutely outrageous. I cannot believe it is coincidence that so many referees were ridiculously biased towards Brazil.
I think BBC2 are taking the piss, has anyone seen whats on at !2.20 I felt sorry for the young kid with glasses crying his eyes out.
most amazing result for me was losing 6-4 at home to a totally inept Preston coached by Sir Scum's testicle after leading 4-1 and strolling it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
For me the there are two managerial reasons why Brazil got humped over and above an overall weakness of their team. The expectation of a whole country was allowed to creep into the dressing room. As soon as sideshow Bob was interviewed and said "it's a game we dare not lose" they were ****ed. The whole motivation for winning became "let's do it for Neymar". Then they turned the whole pre match into a wake. What the fook was the holding his shirt up routine about he hadn't died. As soon as they went a goal down any belief that they weren't a one man team disappeared and they capitulated. And since the game they have excused this debacle by saying it was because he wasn't playing....
