but you've just spent 10m+ on a striker and put him on the bench...

I'd prob have colback in instead of catts, just think last season he earned his place through some good performances, and it's up to Catts to earn his place back, but looks a decent enough first choice. If as you say we get all of our targets, which maybe (depending which report you read) slim.

Don't really want O'shea. Don't want Brown either. They twistin about coming, they can go to Norwich or Wolves or Wigan.

true, but with wickham your paying for potential and and i think hed be a very good impact sub and in time could develop in a top class striker and then you would put him in the first team.

if we went 4-4-2 with those players then your going to be leaving out a £5mill midfield player in gardner or gibson becasue bruce wont drop cattermole and i dont think they would come here to just sit on our bench.

If we got Wickham and Ngog, I think Wickham would be a starter alongside Gyan, he will be a star soon enough.

with that team, it would be better to drop catts, play whicham and go 4-4-2

your then not playing a defensive midfielder as both gardner and gibson like to get forward and we'd then be over run in midfield.

i think the 4-4-2 formation is becoming outdated and to rigid. 4-5-1/4-3-3 seems to be the formation that the top teams are using. also i dont think we'd get the best out of sess in a 442
