Does anyway else take a nap when they get home from work on a monday.I do be nackered from the weekends festivites but the missus frowns upon me getting some much needed shut eye from 6-8.Nothing on the box anyway so she can feck off
A two hour nap in the evening My kids would have built some sacrificial pyre in that time. I owe it to the continuing existance of my cat to stay awake at that time.
I'm a **** sleeper, I went to bed at 11:50 last night after a 6 hour drive and a bottle of red, a few voddies and a rattling of her quim, only to wake up unaided at 6am. I'm quite tired just now but I know when I get home, I'll be wide awake from about 7 onwards.
Perhaps you should get more sleep at night, and start eating healthily. You shall gain a lot more energy and not let your family down.
