After 36 consecutive seasons following my beloved Sunderland, this will be my last if Bruce is still in charge next August. I'm committed for this season with my season ticket but short can go and ****e if he keeps this useless fat **** as manager for next year as well.

Clueless, hapless and **** scared of his own shadow, I've had enough of this losing mentality Bruce has brought us and unless there is a change of manager, hopefully before we are relegated, I'm calling it a day.

That so many fellow fans seem happy to accept Bruces sorry excuse for a football team and try to tell me this is good stuff, tells me its time to throw in the towel. I want so much more for Sunderland than this ****e Geordie bastard is supplying but it seems I am a bit of a lone or minority voice in that desire and this tells me it's time to go.

Bruce is a complete disaster as manager of our club. He belongs in the northern premier league and no better but we are stuck with the ****er and I'm sick of it.

Bruce, you're a clown and I'm not having it anymore.

IMO. Ellis Short has taken over the chairmanship for a reason. A reason 95% of us Sunderland fans can see clearly without red and white glasses. I don't need to spell it out.

Cest get the **** off the fence man!
I'm getting sick and tired of you dithering about Bruce.
If you don't think he is a good manager just ****ing say so!
What the hell do you expect?
Sunderland to be challenging top half?

    PS.
Cue the happy clappers piling in calling you a bad supporter and you should put up with the same amount of ****e I have for nigh on 50 years.

    Cest,

    you're talking ****e man.

If Bruce is still manager in August I bet you'll be the first to renew your season card and be at the matches shouting us on.

Because if he's still there in August we'll be in the ****ing Championship and you'll want us out of that ****e division :-(

    Cest,

I'm a bit like your old rival Redan, I remember getting the bus to the game as a kid, being overawed at the size of the ground, at the number of people in the Fulwell End, etc., etc. I just wanted to support.

I also like the way you immediately supported Bruce when he was appointed despite the Mag connection, and were slagging yourself off during the summer buys.

But enough is enough. This this can't go on for ever. We've been ****e since January. I became a BoB after the Chelsea game. Losing 2-1 at home to Chelsea is par for the course, but not when their players didn't even need to have a shower afterwards as it'd been a training exercise.

You know, you've often mentioned Reid. What I remember about Reid is that he first looked at the players then chose the tactics. Everyone remembers the NQ/SKP/Magic/Summerbee team, the goal-scoring team, but it took Reid ages to get there. What about our first promotion under him? We couldn't score goals. So he kept the formation tight and got us promoted anyway.

The point is that 4-5-1 in itself is not necessarily a negative formation, if you have goalscoring midfielders coming through to help the attack. What have we got? **** all. Oh, apart form Larsson on set pieces. We played 4-6-0 today, and got what we expected. Losing 2-1 at Arsenal is hardly a humiliation, but they were ****e and we could have got something. As Bruce in his e-mail suggests! But with 4-6-0.we were handicapping ourselves. Can he not put the players in their proper roles à la Reid (i.e. Sessegnon = attacking midfielder/playmaker, NOT STRIKER) and take it from there?

Sorry, a bit oiled and well pissed off.
