Since MoN and not forgetting his backroom staff have arrived at the club what a turnaround in event, I am totally over the moon at the minute and finally for the first time this season we have got back to back wins.

As MoN will say we have had a good couple of weeks but the season aint over and now its time to turn our attention to the FA Cup with a trip to Peterborough live on ITV on Sunday (I think its on TV), I would love it if we could have a decent run in this competition and get the confidence even higher with 3 successive wins.

You can already see the affect MoN has had on the side he has changed the tactics and has us set up like he had Villa set up as I will show below....

    Under MoN

    ------ Larsson --- Cattermole --- Vaughan ------
    -------- '''(Richardson tonight) ------------------
    Sessegnon ---------------------------- McClean
    ------------------ Bendtner --------------------

We are setting ourselves out similar to what MoN did at Villa, he had the 3 central midfielders with 2 direct players further forward getting forward to help the big man up top and one of the 2 given more of a free role to roam around when on the attack, Sessegnon does it for us and Young done it when MoN was at Villa.

The gaffer is doing a fine job at the minute and with the transfer window now open I cannot wait to see who he brings in.

As for the 11 who played tonight well done lads!!!

Mig - Made a few outstanding saves, Westwood is gunna find it hard to reclaim the jersey
Gardner - What a stike, that goal was World Class!! Doesn't look out of place at RB
Colback - Another good performance at LB
O'Shea - CB is certainly his best position
Kilgallon - Huge credit goes to this lad, has worked his way back into the fold and doesn't look out of place, well done mate!!!
Vaughan - love him, really underated player and what a strike
Catts - Getting back to the form we know he is capable of
Ricco - If he does go I wish him well but I hope he stays, has looked good since Martin arrived
Sess - Amazing, could get into most teams in the prem
McClean - Going to be top class, I am glad Brucie never brought him into the first team and ruined him
Bendtner - Better performance tonight from the Dane

Ha'Way the Lads, lets progress into the next round of the FA Cup on Sunday!!!!

Always said that CB was O'Shea's best position. The thing is that MO'N knows how to get players to work together, whereas Bruce would just tell them to play somewhere.

Can't believe the difference MON and McClean have made. One has been brilliant, one has been a revelation.

Did you see the reception for McClean when he was taken off? MON loves the kid...but, McClean seemed composed and not overwhelmed when mobbed on the sideline. Honestly, think he was just trying to show MON he belongs, he's not one for hype. "I'll do it every week given the chance!" he seemed to be saying. Fantastic.
