Its not the lack of team spirit or direction. Nor the lack of defneding ability. Its how quiet Amit has been. Even in our darkest days he was always positive but his silence is deafening. Driving back from the game I listened to Talksports interview with Mackie and was alarmed when he said "we need everyome to be working at 100 % as we are in a fight" (or words to that effect).
