Musty unfairly Banned

Why is musty banned for pointing out the bullying he has endured by a certain poster ?? All this is doing is saying that its ok to bully fans as long as you use the pm system, Well this is disgusting as bullying should not be allowed in any shape or form and its the bully that should be banned not the victim. All musty have done is bring it to other fans attention in case they are being bullied and he is right to do so. The wrong decision has been made here and a warning would have been enough...

 

He was warned Dai but continued to post threads containing private messages that were removed immediately.

 

Dai - stop it with your silly agenda. These are the facts:

1: Musty was engaged in supporting Hughs on the Cardiff thread at my expense whilst said moron Hughs was having his usual pop at me.

2: I Pm'd musty and told him he was out of line and that he should never do that against a fellow Jack - particularly as Hughs was involved.

3: Musty was abusive via PM so I reciprocated.

4: Musty then posted my second PM, thereby giving the impression I'd abused him out of the blue. You don't post PMs between Jacks. Another no-no. We are supposed to be on the same side for god's sake.

5: A poster from the 'new forum' immediately registered himself here and also began stirring the ****. Curious.

6: Valley rightly deleted the thread as being abusive, disruptive and irrelevant to a football forum.

7: I Pm's musty and told him he was out of line and that if he was decent with me I would happily reciprocate but if he was abusive then I'd also reciprocate.

8: He again posted the PM publicly with a view to **** stirring, no doubt egged on by others now departed from this forum.

9: Valley put a ban request in - nothing to do with me at all but you can see why. Musty had been warned about posting my PMs but did it again and this isn't the first time he has overstepped. Dai, you say a warning should have been enough so you appear to concede that musty was in the wrong. Mods should be allowed to mod and we should only raise concerns if people are banned for nothing. Musty wasn't.

Dai, as someone who has supported you when I felt you were being bullied I find it jaw-dropping that you now accuse me of just that. Shame on you but I now know where I stand so thanks for that. There are those who have now left this forum who will delight in the infighting that's going on here and you're falling into their trap.

Now I suggest you cut out the crap. We have an important game on Sunday and there are other games coming up tomorrow that could affect us.

Much more important than this nonsense.

 

Dai, perhaps this sort of discussion should be carried out via PM with a mod so you can express your concerns and why you think it may have been the wrong course of action.

Dai doesn't know what went on between me and musty other than what he's been told by him via PM. Dai has jumped to conclusions again I'm afraid. Like I said, unless mods are banning people for no reason they should be allowed for mod and not have to explain their every action.

I didn't ask valley to ban but he obviously felt it was approopriate because musty kept posting up my PMs despite being warned not to do so. End of. Nothing to see here.

As for "Blue"birds sticking in their oar, well what would you expect? Yet another group that has members who love to see disruption here.

 

hi guys, I've only just come online, so don't really know what has gone at this time. I am aware through activity that you don't always get to see that some members/registrations are taking any slight opportunity to create negative activity for their allegiance to another site. People are free to choose multiple forums the same as I do. However, I don't visit other sites to promote my own favourite...it's about respect and manners.

Everyone is welcome to come and post freely but if they come here with agendas/promote/disrupt or are previously recognised banned users then they will be banned again.

I'm not saying this applies to Musty but it appears abusive messages and new registrations at a very brief glance have attempted to jump on the usual tread mill once again.

I tend to keep away from your board now and leave you to it since the Dexter episode but I will visit if the above applies.

 

Well brb we don't always see eye to eye (I tend to have that effect on people) but in this instance you are correct and your input is welcome.

Dragon just came on for a short while before i go and watch some football and ill answer your question....Musty is so fed up of kangaroo's vile pm's to him all the time that he made a post complaining about his bullying crap to find out if he has been bullying other fans and instead of the mods reprimanding kangaroo they ban musty who is perfectly within his rights to expose bullying tactics used by certain posters to coward to post on the thread so everyone can see what he is saying...Musty gets a ban and kangaroo is made to look a hero. Well as someone who wont tolerate bullying in any shape or form think the mods are wrong and should have investigated musty's complaint thoroughly instead of jumping the gun as quick as they did and instantly banned musty. If anyone deserves a ban its kangaroo but he gets away with it again. and i request that musty be reinstated as quickly as he was banned. Musty works hard for our forum and has been made to look a fool just because he dare stand up and expose a bully...the mods have made a huge error of judgement here as the victim is punished and the perpetrator gets let off with the endorsement that its ok to use the PM system to bully fellow fans. Im not going to post on this subject again as i have put musty's case forward and i will leave it up to the mods to at least see musty's side of things. I hope this dont get deleted..

Why thank you. The same 'kangaroo' that backed you to the hilt previously in the face of your troubles here - I should have known better.

The issue was thoroughly investigated by Valley who took appropriate action. I have not made public the abusive PMs musty sent to me because I believe in dealing with these things privately and wouldn't post a PM from a fellow Jack. But that's just me.

For the umpteenth time, musty was warned about posting PMs but did it again after the warning. Isn't it curious that in the middle of it all a new member logged on (name of Jack Army so guess where he'd come from) and was revelling in the disruption. Musty was part of that. Sady, it looks as if they are not alone in enjoying any sort of hoo-ha that goes on here. Some are clearly loving it.

Part of a mod's role is to protect the forum from disruptive posts and as brb pointed out it's something even the supermods are keeping an eye on. This isn't a case of a mod banning someone for no reason. Musty was warned but stuck his fingers up. Silly boy.

 

Dai, the PM that Musty posted by KJ was KJ's response to an abusive PM that Musty had sent to KJ. Musty however did not inform or post his abusive message as he had an obvious agenda to highlight KJ as an abusive bully via the PM function, when all KJ had done was retaliate to an abusive message received from Musty.
Should also remember that Musty has also used the PM function to hound another poster on here in the past 12 months frequently, just as he hounded the same poster when he posted on here.
Musty was then warned NOT to post further PMs as they SHOULD ALWAYS remain private. However, he ignored this request and continued to create two more threads, with each containing private messages of KJ, which led to me deleting his threads and requesting the ban.
I hope this clears things up
