I've always quite liked Michael Bailey seems to come across quite well. He's definitely grown into being on camera, thought he looked very wooden at the start but now seems relaxed and like he's enjoying it more.
I think he's a funny guy! It helps that I agree with him on most of his opinions on Norwich. He just seems like a likeable chap.
