As it says, in the title. worth a go, heard lots of things about these programmes, but the Paralimpics, sounds a tear breaker/ heart choker. And although I am A bloke who is easy to shed tears, Im gonna watch them anyway.

1, THE BESY OF MEN. BBC 21 OO,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,nine pm for the other folks, who dont do 24 hour clock.

2, Is football racist. BBC 1, 23 10 ish, thats ten past eleven folks [ pm ]
