I want try and get in this any tips ideas how to be the next cowell?

 

Wear high waist trousers,and be vain

 

Find a band/singer that needs a manager.

Manage them - get them gigs, get them in a studio recording demos, visit record companies and agencies with the demos, put adverts in the music press, make them sign a contract that you take a nice cut of any earnings they make if they become successful.

 

Hang around the school gates with a big bag of Haribo, asking teenage girls if they can sing.

 

Start an Irish boy band, three singers, call them Yewtree

 

Thanks i have a couple bands in my area which are really good so i might give it a go
