What a match! I was gripped by this match at work today, listening on my personal radio it sounded brilliant and until the 5th set could have gone either way. I don't ever remember a match with so many breaks and counter-breaks of serve between top players like this. Yes Andy made errors but only because he was going for his shots - even on the big points. I don't like Djovovic, I think he was feigning sickness/injury - he's a "player" and I don't like that. He should be able to win fair and square without all this play acting. I was proud of Andy today and he should be proud too, after his initial dissapointment he will take some positives from this match because he has taken a huge leap and now has to be considered in the same league as Djokovic, Federer and Nadal. I'm for Nadal to take the title now
this match has proved that e has come up another level and i think this is his year for a grandslam, i dont think you can play like that against world numver one without winning a grand slam in the same year
I only watched the 1st and 4th set as I see myself as a jinx. From the highlights though it was a great match and Andy can hold his head up high
He certainly can, Saints. I'm very encouraged now for the rest of the year. Anyone know what time the Men's Final is on?
