Murray had a bad set but did well to get to the semis. I think he will play to Djoko and lose.

Djoko is on 36 wins now, having another impressive display against Wawrinka who is no slouch especially on clay, his favourite surface. Next up for him is the Sod but I think Djoko is generally better but even more so at the moment.

Nadal felt sluggish but surprise surprise, beat yet another spaniard. But if cilic beats him next, this could be the end of the nbr 1 run (for now)

Gasquet beat fed for the first time after 8 goes. Can he take heart from this and maybe do something with his talent finally ( personally, i doubt it ).

Nadal serves cilic a breadstick while Djoko does one better hands Sod a bagel ! Now that's impressive stuff. It would be a shame if the final was not between these two.

But he seems quite bitter about it going on his press interview:

"I don't have huge complaints but obviously there were some missed opportunities, because you'll always have plenty against him on clay. So if you lose, you always look at those," reflected the Swiss.

"I'm the one that's playing with smaller margins, so obviously I'm always going to go through a few more ups and downs, whereas Rafa is content doing the one thing for the entire time.

"So it's always me who's going to dictate play and decide how the outcome is going to be. If I play well, I will most likely win. If I'm not playing so well, that's when he wins.

Yes, Fed not exactly losing with grace. Plus his career record against Nadal says it all. 8-17
