    Sounds like it, "I am a German, I grew up in the benefits district". Sounds like he is blaming foreigners for his plight.

    Sky have about 4 reports, some say police are looking for two men some say one, there are two different videos on the sky page that look like two very different locations and two different gun men.

    I must say that this tragedy for those involved shows thevhysteria and stupidity of social media and instanews.

    We had a 3 man gang roaming Munich and acmassuve man hunt paris style for a lone mentally ill 18 year old whod killed himself obly avmile from the scene of his crimes.

    He used the instanews to gratify an obsession and learn all aboutvmass killings.

    The germans need to be asking how did he get guns at his age and mental facility
