Multi game packages for the CL group stages

Can anybody tell me if there is a link for Bronze members to buy the CL package or do we use the one that is up for Season ticket holders

 

Just log in as usual and wait in the queue for buy tickets

Took me ages mate.
They have taken down that annoying circle thingy but things haven't improved.
However, plenty of tickets available.

Hope that it's better than last year's disaster. Took me 15 hours to get my tickets. I was about to click 'buy' and the internet crashed my end and took another seven hours to get back to the top of the queue!

 

That was awful...took me until 5pm in an online queue ... 7 and a half hours...god knows how you coped!
Was pretty quick this morning ... got my tickets after a 45 minute internet queue.

 

The club could probably buy 24 hrs resource on a big cloud platform,
run the ticketing there to deal with the avalanche, and then revert back
their normal platform to deal with the remainder.

 

Just got through. Confused by the dates , totally threw me. I assume actual dates will be advised after the draw

 

Same here re: dates. Had to check UEFA's site to make sure of the dates.

 

Is this where we are discussing the draw?

The site shut down for several hours yesterday, as far as I could see.
It was still very slow in the evening, when it finally sprung back into life. Not ideal.

 

Maybe a bit late to help here, but it is quicker to get through by phone on this one because the calls are being taken by Ticket Master rather than our ticket office guys. TM may not have the best of reputations, but at least they have had the sense to bring in extra staff for this one . Feedback on yesterday was that calls were heels in queues of no more than 10 minutes. Still frustrating and not ideal, but certainly better than the several hours which many appeared to have endured by trying to book online.

 

I wonder how long the queues are on the site right now?
