Multi ball and k.o towards South Stand.

Two questions , Seemed strange kicking off towards the South Stand yesterday. When was the last time we did that in a premier League match and is the multi ball system allowed in the Premier League ?

 

We did it towards the end of our relegation season, possibly Dowie's first home game.

 

I prefer kicking off that way because we end the game attacking the north with the fans in full song

 

Multi ball is banned in England thanks to Reading who were real ****s with it.

 

Similar topic but out ball boys are ****, sometimes we're full of momentum and the full backs se begging to get the ball and have a quick throw in but the ball boys takes his time and doesn't Rush allow the opposition to get back. I'd take they're stools off them to be honest, lazy sods.

 

Who won the toss?

 

If Palace won the toss and chose to kick off, then we must've chosen ends - or else we won the toss and chose to change ends anyway

 

I prefer that we attack the north stand in the second half .

Hope they do it in the future

 

Could have been Bruceys call, maybe an extra something to try help stop us conceding late goals with the enemy attacking the goal away from their followers.

 

Surely we can't lose the toss every home game. Can't remember the last time we went to north stand 2nd half. The odds of us losing the toss so many times in a row would be well would be against it.

The biggest users of the dark art with the multi ball system were Sheff Utd under Colin ****er...The ball would go out and the ball boys would throw two balls on...result : game stopped.....
Did it numerous times vs City...in 2008

 

Wow. Just realised that I've never even noticed a pattern when it comes to which way we play from KO!
