Horrible news. Why were the sky crew there to record it and why the hell are they showing it on their site. SICK!
It's not too far from the truth. I knew my days at Aberdeen Uni were numbered when I showed up for my practical class in a t-shirt and trainers, every other **** was in wellyboots and waterproof clothing. We had a 4 hour practical at Balmedie to do "soil analysis" I hadn't shown up for weeks so had no idea. I phoned a taxi from the place and ****ed off back home, no chance was I standing in the freezing cold on a farm stinking of pig-****. Never went back to Uni again after that, jacked it in and payed for my own offshore ticket.
It's exciting stuff. If you had stuck in at uni then you might have even got to input the results into a table. My personal favourite has got to be the sieve test Also known as a PSD or 'particle size distribution'.
Balmedie beach used to be absolutely stunning, I was there for a day one September and it was scorching.
