Let Steve Cottteril bring in a few players, but make sure there within the wage cap. we don't wanna go down that old road again. 2. We need our own training ground in the PO post code. 3. Revamp Fratton 4. Invest in the youth academy, but keep Andy Awford as head coach. He knows what he's doing. Once again I am happy that you have taking ownership of our club, but after the last 6 owners, I am still going to wait and see what you do to our club. Nothing personal. No.1 - YES; TOP PRIORITY No.2 - Would be preferable but not to be considered above the other three priorities listed here No.3 - Yes, but not if it will have a detrimental effect on the funds available for playing staff No.4 - It would pay for itself in the long run if it produces first team calibre players without forking out on transfer fees!
2, 3 and 4 are the more long term priorites Dev. I see what you mean with no.3, we all know what happened to our neighbours when they built a new stadium. I think that if we can start producing good quality players through the academy, then that may open up funds for the stadium and the training ground. But as I said in the 1st post, I'm gonna wait and see what happens to our club
