I'm going to let off some steam against Mr Kettle. He made my blood boil. His career should be up the spout. Someone should pull the plug. His performance was off the scale (see what I did there!). He flicked all of my switches. Water terrible ref (sorry). Have I missed any? Off to make a cuppa.
Jimbob, does he have previous? Dunno, it just seems that each of the last 3 refs have progressively been the worse ever - is this maybe symptomatic of 1) The quality of the refs in this division? 2) The way we are playing? 3) something else? Will we see a decent ref this coming Monday? Anyone know who it is? Is there a refs website where they list them? The printers of the programme must know beforehand.

Yeah , looks card happy. First game this season he gave 8 yellows (Brentford v Tranmere) and in his last he gave 5 yellows - maybe Rocky can give us some idea as it was Wycombe v Orient at end of March.

Am sorry but Mr Kettle really was rubbish yesterday - Some might ask if the Ref is as bad as the one from the previous one or is it just our performance yet... When Kermit is taken out by two players (practically sandwiched) and neither are booked is beyond me - Then in the second half Kermit jumps for a header and the Oldham player jumps into Kermit's back leaving him in agony off the pitch (right in front of the Lino's nose) then you have to wonder whats going on.
Was Mr Kettle the ref that only booked Dominic Blizzard,after the terrible tackle on Grant Bassey at Bristol Rovers a couple of seasons ago?....
Thanks to the wonder that is google I have established (unless there are two refs called Kettle!) that indeed he was. Git!!!! Dislike him even more now!
