I was never part of the Bruce out brigade or the Bruce in brigade but after today, seeing and listening to your latest I would like to ask you this. How many times have we heard you ranting on about how you was unfairly treated cos you were a geordie blah blah blah!!!!! If my memory serves me right (which yours does not ) you were given practically 100% support on your appointment , even the anti-bruce brigade were willing to see how things went, after all you had done well with previous clubs ,over achieving some would say with clubs like Wigan. Things did go well for awhile and yes,as you say,you got us to tenth, (by the skin of our teeth),however in your last year I think you won 2 home games!!!!!! Brucie you were sacked cos you were 5hite and had us playing 5****e! Nothing at all to do about anything 'geordie', in fact, Ive probably been in newcastle more than you! you left the place when you was 15 ! ffs Did you ever show any desire as a player to sign for nufc? As a manager did you ever show any desire to manage nufc? No ,in fact when offered the job you turned them down to stay at Birmingham city ffs. I mean, have you ever been spotted at sid james park supporting your home town club? taking in the odd game? I would have thought you would have considering your deep rooted connections.(Even Mary Poppins takes in one or two) Bobby Moncur,Pop Robson,Bob Stokoe and the like had much much stronger connections to Newcastle than you and they never had a 'problem' and neither did us fans. In fact we liked one that much we built a statue of him outside the ground and that Mr Bruce will be around a lot longer than your inane drivel!

The most inevitable outburst this week.

How does the fat ****er think it makes the Hull supporters, and players, feel when he's preparing for the game by going on about Sunderland ........... again <doh>

FFS Bruce, be a man and let it ****ing lie ......... it's just guaranteed to encourage the Sunderland people, going to the game, to take the piss even more.

"Never mind my current employers, I'm going to repeat what I've said about Sunderland ............ again."

We're on manager number 4 since he left. He might shut up when we're at manager 20, however, chances are they'll be chipping "THEY HOUNDED ME OUT" onto his headstone.

He got you 10th place finish. So it's not all doom and gloom.

    MON was far worse.

Not at all mate, he was a decent manager for us until he lost the plot, but then, it's him with the issue not us. So long as he keeps bringing it up we'll keep taking the piss. There's nowt worse than a professional who lacks dignity. he's one of them chaps. Of Course I'm going to fight back with humor, it's funny.

Of course it was Steve Bruce initiating the conversation. Reporters wouldn't possibly have forgotten to post the question he was responding to now would they? :emoticon-0120-doh:

This is what people always miss.

10th is nowt more than mid table and not worth boasting about after spending a huge amount of money to build a team of his own.

10th, out of the cups without a fight, and we're expected to believe that Bruce wa a hero <doh>

Oh ****ing piss off, you sad twats that spouted 3 years ago you were europe bound. You are well matched, a bunch of thick yorkshire twats and a man that's likeable but spouts as much ****e as a yorkshire man on the pull. You are very well matched, thick and the brick..

Erm, I suspect you were on about the then chairman, who was laughed at by us at the time. <doh>

I don't know why you lot seem to habit that alternative universe, when this real one seems so much less stressful. <laugh>

We did finish 10th but only 8 points off relegation. 10 points separated 8th from relegation that season. Was a strange season for most clubs as I remember, anyone could have gone but for a few favorable results

Met a few good one's in the ring but few and far between. Your women all look depressed, is that because they have you lot getting pissed and deserting them or is it the norm?

Exactly, yet the fat ****er keeps repeating 10th 10th 10th like it actually did us any good.

We crawled out of the cups in the same season and played ****e football.

He lumbered us with expensive players, the likes of which we're having to loan out to lower league teams <doh>
