Maybe against La Colina.

I can't wait.

Is anyone confident of picking the winner?

La Colina beat a good group of boys last time out but Frederick Engels has subsequently made a mess of things in France. Maybe has already beaten La Colina.and is unbeaten in 4 runs.

Current prices of 5/6 Maybe and 7/2 La Colina.
 
An interesting race for sure, looking at the form of Maybe and La Colina when they met last time, you would have to say Maybe will beat her on Sunday, a neck victory despite conceding 5 pounds, due to JOB not being able to make the weight. But that was only La Colinas 2nd start whilst it was Maybe's 3rd, and that extra run under her belt would have given her an edge. I certainly feel La Colina improved to beat Power. Quite a few runners in this race have already been beaten by La Colina and Maybe, so theoretically you could draw a line through alot of them on form.

Samitar has pretty useful form from LTO at Ascot, but I just don't rate Mick Channon as a trainer. Fire Lily is the only other, 2nd to Best Terms at York getting weight, but I don't like that form, particularly as Best Terms won with the penalty. They may also not run, as it's very soon after York.

Think Maybe is the likeliest winner, but at the prices I'd be prepared to take a chance on La Colina reversing form. It's not often a 2yo filly wins a G1 against the boys :biggrin:
 
Joseph O'Brien reported Maybe to be doing nothing in front that day and said she was worth much more than the neck distance, this was before La Colina turned over Power so maybe they didn't realise how good that filly was <laugh>. Has to be MAYBE again for me <ok>
