Was thinking about his contract and this injury (plus the other one) surely weakens his position. By the end of the season he will have stared 11 English football and missed 35 games through injury. Certainly PL clubs will be waiting 6 months or more to see how he comes out of this and whether he's still the same player. It be sensible on all parts to exercise the extension on current terms and see where we are in August
And the PL clubs want them to hit the ground running for instant success. Hopefully the injury isn't as bad as we fear and he makes a great recovery but who knows. Hopefully the agent wants to protect the player with a decent contract to cover the injury, it could be a 12 month thing this until he is fully back

What a ****ing **** show. It's almost as if fate has taken the worst case scenario for us as a club and put it into play. Absolutely bastard terrible

Sad ćunt.

Aye Mowbray done a decent job overall. Poor this season though and needed replacing. Just a shame his replacement is worse.
Just showing you that you’re saying the exact same thing about Beale as you were Mowbray.

Not best to support him and give him time?
