TMC did this last year or the year before on Snakepit and we got right behind him. Its a worthy cause. I have prostate cancer. Its been found early enough and I'm being looked after superbly. Every 3 months I am treated to tests, biposies, whatever is needed to stop it progressing. And I can't thank my GP Practice and Consultant for treating me with respect. Men have very little screening regarding their health and its imperative that we have the exact same facilities as women receive. It needs the awareness to be painted luminous so that no-one can say they aren't aware or money can't be made available. Any of you guys approaching or over 50 should go and have a couple of tests at your surgery. One isn't pleasant but if it helps save your life its worth it. So send some money even if its a fiver.

hair dye and a toothbrush, regular top ups and a lot of patience, got some looks for a week but raised over £200 so well worth it

As Redruth says I did it a couple of years back and raised far, far more than I was expecting to and much of it was from the lovely, kind folk of 606 so I'm sure you'll get loads of support from this lot. Would love to do it again this year but the missus has strictly forbidden any facial hair if I want my cuddles with little Poppy - I'm even shaving every day which I absolutely hate! Go for it fella, embrace the mo and it will truly embrace you - good luck and well done to you sir

Nice going CS! I've always thought there's bad enough facial hair at Carrow Road, and thats when it's not Movember! I don't know why these people think they look good!
